🏠Fascia, downpipes and the whole roof edge

Gutters don't work in isolation — they're one part of a roof edge that also includes the fascia they hang from and the downpipes that carry water away. A blocked or undersized downpipe causes overflow just as surely as a full gutter, and a rotted fascia leaves the gutter nothing solid to fix to. So we look at the whole edge: re-fall or replace the gutters, fit fascia covers where the timber's gone, and size the downpipes for Canberra's heavy downpour bursts. Fixing the system beats chasing the symptom.
